1. Acceptance of Terms

You must:

4. Deposits

All deposits on S999 Game are processed inPakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets as deposit methods. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction. S999 Game does not impose fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Deposits are credited to your S999 Game account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

S999 Game reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering or breach of these terms is suspected. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned to the source.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR. You may withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.

Before processing a withdrawal, S999 Game may request identity verification documents including a CNIC or other government-issued identification. This is a standard requirement to protect both the player and the Platform from fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the minimum amount are not processed. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers. S999 Game aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly but does not guarantee specific processing times.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited. Only the remaining real-money balance will be processed in such cases.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

S999 Game offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates.

In the event of a technical failure during a game — such as a disconnection, server error or software malfunction — S999 Game will attempt to reconstruct the outcome of the interrupted round using available data. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned. S999 Game's decision in such cases is final.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply. In-play bets are accepted at current market odds and may be suspended or restricted during significant match events. S999 Game reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors occur.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Suspension & Closure

• Requested identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player has self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If a closed account has real-money balance and there are no pending disputes or violations, the balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
